Looks like the offending registry entries are under: I'm guessing there are registry setting or other files that are persisting setting. Is there a way to reset Outlook for a user more than just can be done by creating a new Outlook profile. Have also tried running the '/resetformregions' switch from the command line, still no joy. However, login on to the same computer using a different user, then setting up Outlook to use the same mailbox as the faulty user Creating a new Outlook Profile does not work. Repairing office or even uninstalling office and re-installing does not work.

Specifies an add-in that is not installed. I have a user that when they open Outlook 2013 and view the Lync item in the conversation history folder, they see the following errors: Office 2013 pro 32 bit (although did have 64 bit version until recently), Exchange mailbox, latest patches Windows 7 64 bit, domain joined, latest patches
